New Possibilities Emerge When Conflict is Approached Constructively

What is Mediation?

Mediation is a structured dialogue process designed to help parties resolve conflicts and reach mutually satisfying agreements. It creates an opportunity to explore practical, workable solutions where all parties feel heard and respected.

Each mediation process is tailored to the needs of those involved. After assessing the suitability of your situation, Dr. Hoffman designs a structured approach that may include individual and/or joint meetings, held over one or more sessions.

The focus is on understanding the underlying issues, improving communication, and developing clear, realistic agreements for moving forward.

Beyond resolving disputes, mediation can also help rebuild trust and restore working or personal relationships.

Costs

The costs of mediation can vary depending on the complexity of the case and the estimated time required. Fees may be structured hourly, by the half-day, or at a daily rate. In most cases, the cost is shared equally between the parties.
